Hope you haven't been in the AT&T/SWB pit of DSL hell - if so, you're lucky to have climbed out at all. There are entities that are lost there forever, bouncing between tech support and billing, never to see the light o'day again.
I can guaran-damn-tee you were missed, and there was some MoB withdrawal goin' on!!!
You must indeed be one of the finest ladies of Ireland, Grace O'Malley, known once upon the Elizabethan time as "The Sea Queen of Connemara".
