Today is Thursday, 18 April 2013.
I forgot to mention another salient reason to lean toward domestic far-right terrorism: Monday was Tax Day. These people have incredibly bullshit fantasies of a socially-atomised society which gives them (O, shades of a Welfare-Nanny State) all the perks to which they are accustomed, at no cost to them.
As always, deeply offended by appearances of Rudy Giuliani as an "expert." On 9-11, Giuliani spent the day ducking for cover. Since no phones worked, and the Emergency Command Post (ECP) had gone down with the Twin Towers, he fled to several points, before ending up at, I believe, the Police Academy.
Giuliani had directed that the ECP be located within walking distance of City Hall. It was only ever used for training drills, and for "drilling" of another kind: Rudy's many adulterous sexual trysts.
