Today remains Tuesday, 22 January 2013.
Today is the 40th anniversary of the decision in Roe v. Wade.
The essence of Roe: in the case of choice, women's reproductive systems do not belong to the State, nor by implication to various "religious" or "philosophical" fractions.
(It's instructive of the male sexual fascism endemic to this country, that no court has ever even contemplated that such a decision should be necessary for male reproductive systems.)
To put it crudely, rejection of Roe means that women's crotches belong to the State, and therefore women should be required to be, body and soul, slaves of the male fascist State.
This must be absolutely rejected.
