"War on Christmas" Is More American Than Apple Pie

Today is Monday, 24 December 2012.

The Ku Klux Klan was founded on this date in 1865.

I’ve yet to meet a Christian who announces themselves as a Bible-believer – the Bible, the whole Bible literally, and nothing but the Bible – who was anything other than a “cafeteria Christian”.
That is, they pick and choose, for example, what in the Bible remains relevant.  And they and their churches serve items unknown on the Biblical menu.
For example, Christmas.  While the birth of Jesus is mentioned in the Gospels, there is no trace of a “feast” or other commemoration as we now know it.  (That wasn’t regularized until the early 4th Century C.E.)
And the original Founding Fathers, the Puritans, well before the sluggards who wrote the Constitution and are usually designated the FFs, denounced Christmas as being a pagan festival (the Roman Saturnalia) in no uncertain terms.  From 1659 to 1681 in Massachusetts, observance of Christmas was a punishable criminal act.
Thus, the “War on Christmas” is even more American than apple pie.
Is Fox News worshipping and obeying Satan?
